1,  Do you have dealer pricing?

2, What is the warranty on my LYW flashlight?
LYW warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for life. LYW liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product and does not cover cosmetics, color variations, modifications or batteries.

3. My light has become dim and some features are no longer working? What could be the problem?
Firstly , The most common cause of light dimming and subsequent features lose is due to drained batteries. As the batteries are consumed they supply less and less power to the light. To compensate for this issue your light will step down the brightness of the primary white LED from the highest setting, to medium and then low.
Secondly ,maybe some dirt on the screw threads, interface of PCB and other contacts. If so, you need to clean all the contact points by some cotton with alcohol.
Thirdly, head, tube or internal parts of the tail cap didn't fasten well. In this case, you need to add some Vaseline on the O-ring and screw the head and tail tightly.

      4, Why the flashlight become hot after running for a long time?
The flashlights can get hot to the touch if left on for extended periods of time, because LED will generate heat even though operating at much lower temperatures. So never leave the flashlights on unattended and never leave them where children can gain access to them?


      5, The color of the light from my LED flashlight looks different than the light from the same model flashlight when I shine them on the wall together. Is one LED defective?
There is nothing wrong with either LED. LED technology produces an unavoidably wide range of tints.


      6, Is the LYW flashlight waterproof?
All modes of LYW flashlight are water-resistant and can be used in the rain and shallow water. For details, please refer to specification.

7, If my flashlight doesn't come with a pocket clip, can I get one for it?
No, pocket clip only fits some flashlights that are originally come with one, however, a lanyard kit is available for most models? Also clip and holster is not included in warranty list.


      8. How to maintainante the flashlight in daily?
Avoid touching the bulb and reflector as this will degrade the performance of your LYW lights. When the reflector gets dirty, clean it slightly with wet cotton. The O-ring in the front of the body has been processed with oil, a little more lubricating oil can be added when necessary


      9, Where can I repair my flashlight?
Repairs should be done through the authorized distributor in your country. Please take or send your tools to the distributor. For distributor closest to you, please contact at LYW: info@lywlite.com
